Who this is for

Built for the pressure that doesn't show on any dashboard.

The external results are there. The internal cost is real. This work is for people operating at the edge of their capacity - not because they are weak, but because the load is genuinely heavy.

01

Founders navigating high-stakes growth

Raising capital, managing investors, carrying the weight of every hire and every decision. The pressure is structural - and it lives in the body long after the meeting ends.

02

Executives under sustained organisational pressure

Leading through uncertainty, restructuring, or constant performance demand. When the role requires you to appear stable while absorbing pressure from every direction.

03

Primary financial providers

When a family's security depends on your ability to function. The invisible weight of being the one everyone else relies on - with no real space to process it.

04

High performers in transition

Scaling up, changing direction, or arriving at a point where the old operating mode is costing more than it produces. Before the erosion becomes collapse.

The goal is not to slow down. It is to remain fully capable under pressure - without the body paying the price.

What makes 8Ma Space different

Not mindset work. Not traditional coaching. Something more precise.

Most performance coaching addresses what you think and what you do. Psychosomatic coaching goes deeper - to where pressure lives before it reaches conscious thought.

Psychosomatic approach

Addresses the body-mind connection directly. Chronic stress produces physical symptoms - and those symptoms are data, not side effects. The work begins there.

Nervous system awareness

The stress response is physiological. Regulating it requires physiological tools - not only mindset reframing. This work reaches the root of the activation pattern.

Subconscious pattern work

The patterns driving over-extension, perfectionism, and reactive decisions formed long before the current role. Identifying them changes how they operate.

Real operational understanding

Built on direct experience with the texture of business and leadership pressure - not abstract frameworks. The context is understood before the work begins.

Performance and regulation integrated

You do not have to choose between ambition and stability. The work integrates both - building a system that can sustain high performance without chronic physiological cost.

Body-first methodology

Most change work starts with the mind and hopes it reaches the body. This works in reverse - beginning where patterns are stored, not where they are reported.

Lasting change, not symptom management

The goal is not to cope with chronic stress more efficiently. It is to resolve the patterns producing it - so the same ground does not need to be covered again.

Financial pressure as a physiological issue

As a certified money coach, the financial dimension of pressure is part of the work - not an afterthought. Money stress has a body, and it responds to the same tools.

What changes

Measurable shifts - internal and practical.

The work is not about feeling better in the abstract. These are the specific, observable changes that emerge when chronic pressure is addressed at the root.

Clearer decision-making under uncertainty

Calmer nervous system baseline - less background activation

Reduced physical stress symptoms (tension, disrupted sleep, fatigue)

Less emotional reactivity in high-stakes situations

Stronger leadership presence in meetings and relationships

Boundaries that hold without guilt or explanation

Sleep that actually restores - not just hours, but quality

Sustained performance without the cost of collapse

Natasa Buntic, certified psychosomatic coach for founders and executives
About Natasa

I work where the pressure lives - in the body, not the calendar.

I'm a certified psychosomatic coach (ICI Berlin) and money coach (Mindvalley). I work with founders and executives who are succeeding by every external measure - and feel it costing them in ways that productivity systems don't reach.

The work combines psychosomatic techniques, nervous system regulation, and subconscious pattern work - because pressure rarely lives in just one domain, and the tools that shift it need to be equally precise.

"I was making decisions from a place of scarcity and panic I wasn't even aware of. Three sessions in, the quality of my thinking changed completely. Not because I was told what to think - but because the baseline I was thinking from had shifted."
Startup founder, 43 · Series A process · London
"I've worked with executive coaches before. This was different - it reached something the other work couldn't. The chest tightness I'd normalized for two years was gone within a month. I didn't realize how much bandwidth that was consuming."

"Natasa works with precision. She identified a pattern I'd been carrying for fifteen years in the first session. I left understanding something about the way I operate that no one had ever named before."

Common questions

What people ask before starting.

What is psychosomatic coaching?

Psychosomatic coaching addresses the connection between psychological stress and physical symptoms. When pressure goes unresolved, it manifests in the body as tension, disrupted sleep, and exhaustion. The work addresses root patterns in the nervous system and subconscious - not just the surface symptoms.

Who is this for?

Founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving professionals who are primary financial providers experiencing chronic pressure, burnout symptoms, or physical stress responses that productivity and mindset work haven't resolved.

How is this different from therapy or regular coaching?

Coaching is forward-focused and performance-oriented. This work specifically targets how pressure lives in the body and shapes behaviour - using somatic techniques, nervous system regulation, and subconscious pattern work. It is not a substitute for therapy, and is designed for high-functioning individuals eroding under sustained pressure.

Can this help with burnout recovery?

Yes. Burnout requires nervous system regulation and addressing the underlying patterns driving over-extension - not just rest. The work helps high achievers recover physiologically, build resilience, and prevent recurrence without sacrificing performance.

What is nervous system regulation?

The ability to return to a calm, clear baseline after stress - and to hold that baseline under sustained pressure. Dysregulated nervous systems drive poor decisions, physical symptoms, and relationship strain. Regulation work uses somatic practices and pattern interruption to build long-term physiological resilience.
