My Story

Hi, I'm Natasa.

I understand what it feels like to carry a lot of responsibility while trying to keep everything functioning on the outside. Before moving into psychosomatic coaching, I spent more than 20 years working in business operations and high-pressure environments where performance, problem-solving, and responsibility were part of everyday life. That experience shaped the way I work today: practical, grounded, emotionally aware, and deeply respectful of how much high achievers are often holding internally.

My work focuses on helping people understand how chronic pressure affects the body, relationships, confidence, and decision-making. I work with founders, executives, professionals, and primary providers who are navigating uncertainty while trying to continue performing at a high level. Many people come to this work feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in constant pressure without fully understanding why. Through psychosomatic coaching, emotional regulation, subconscious pattern work, and money coaching, they begin to feel more stable, clear, and supported from the inside out.

I am certified in Psychosomatic Coaching through ICI and certified as a Money Coach, but more importantly, this work comes from lived experience and years of observing the patterns high-performing people carry silently. My goal is not to push people harder. It is to help them build a more sustainable way of living, leading, and succeeding - one that no longer comes at the cost of their health, relationships, or peace.

My Approach

Three things I know to be true

Pressure is not a mindset problem.

You cannot think your way out of a body that is running a stress response. The work has to include the nervous system - not just the narrative.

Subconscious patterns run the show under pressure.

Over-responsibility, fear of collapse, control, perfectionism - these patterns don't show up in calm. They show up when the stakes are high. That's exactly when we work with them.

Stability and performance are not opposites.

The goal is not to slow down. It is to remain fully capable - clear decisions, steady leadership, present relationships - without the body carrying the cost of it all.
