A focused psychosomatic coaching package designed to address one specific area of pressure, emotional overwhelm, or recurring internal pattern that is affecting your clarity, stability, relationships, health, or decision-making.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Available for bookings in May and June 2026 only. Limited to one package per client.
- One private 50-minute deep-dive session. We identify the root pressure behind the issue you want to work on — subconscious patterns, emotional overload, nervous system activation, over-responsibility, fear, stress responses, or psychosomatic symptoms connected to the situation. The work is focused, direct, and emotionally precise.
- One 30-minute follow-up integration session. Scheduled together after the main session. Used to support integration, review shifts, address reactions or new awareness, and help stabilise the changes connected to the original topic.
Many clients experience immediate relief, clarity, emotional release, or physical relaxation after the session. Deeper integration may continue over the following days and weeks. Sessions are private, confidential, and tailored to the individual experience of each client.
