My Story

Hi, I'm Natasa.

I am a certified psychosomatic coach through ICI Berlin and a certified money coach through Mindvalley. I work with founders, executives, and senior leaders - people in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who carry real financial and professional responsibility, and who have started to notice that the pressure doesn't stay in the office.

I came to this work through my own experience of high-functioning pressure - the kind that looks fine from the outside and costs you steadily from the inside. The shift came not from optimization or mindset reframes, but from learning to work with what the body already knew.

Over 30+ private sessions, I've worked with clients navigating fundraising, company scaling, market disruption, and major life transitions - and helped them move from reactive and depleted to clear, grounded, and functional under real pressure. The results are measurable: better decisions, calmer nervous systems, and a life that no longer feels like collateral damage.

My Approach

Three things I know to be true

Pressure is not a mindset problem.

You cannot think your way out of a body that is running a stress response. The work has to include the nervous system - not just the narrative.

Subconscious patterns run the show under pressure.

Over-responsibility, fear of collapse, control, perfectionism - these patterns don't show up in calm. They show up when the stakes are high. That's exactly when we work with them.

Stability and performance are not opposites.

The goal is not to slow down. It is to remain fully capable - clear decisions, steady leadership, present relationships - without the body carrying the cost of it all.
